Non-winners of a stakes race since May 1, 2025 allowed 2 lbs., three races other than maiden, claiming, starter or state-bred allowance since October 1, 2025, 4 lbs, two such races since then, 6 lbs. Starters to be named by usual time of closing. All fees shall be paid prior to the start of the race. Preference will be given to stakes winners, stakes placed, then by highest career earnings.
