Weight: 124 lbs. Non-winners of a stakes race since September 1 allowed 2 lbs., a race other than maiden, claiming, starter or state bred allowance, 4 lbs. Preference will be given to graded stakes winners, graded stakes-placed, non-restricted stakes winners, stakes placed then by highest career earnings. Trophy to the winning owner.
