Non-winners of two Sweepstakes on the turf since September 1, 2024 allowed 2lbs., of such a race on the turf since then or two races on the turf other than maiden, claiming, starter or state-bred allowance in 2025 allowed 4 lbs., of a race on the turf other than state-bred allowance allowed 6 lbs.
